Trade account terms
One catalogue. Two Trade tiers. Clear eligibility and qualifying-spend rules.
Prepared for local review: 18 October 2026
1. Who can register
Trade accounts are for relevant businesses such as builders, architects, designers, joiners, door manufacturers, shopfitters, glaziers, installers, locksmiths and hardware resellers. Supply accurate business and contact details and an ABN, and confirm that you represent a relevant business. Eligible businesses receive instant access after successful registration, with no waiting for approval.
Sign in to your existing customer account before upgrading. Orders need to be associated with that account to count automatically. If a purchase has been assigned incorrectly, contact us with proof so we can review it. Ordinary retail shopping remains available without Trade registration.
2. Your price and payment
Trade: 10% off the regular price of eligible products. Trade Plus: 15% off the regular price of eligible products after reaching AUD $2,500 in qualifying spend. Sign in to see the applicable price. Products not eligible for Trade pricing keep their displayed price; custom fabrication, design services and individually negotiated quotations are outside the standard discount programme.
For each eligible product, we use the lower applicable Trade price or active public sale price. No extra coupon or promotional discount is added. Prices include GST where applicable. Delivery is charged separately without a Trade discount.
Payment for standard online orders is due when the order is placed. Registration does not create a credit facility, instalment arrangement or 30-day payment account. Custom quotation payment stages must be agreed separately.
3. What counts towards AUD $2,500
The qualifying period is a rolling 12 months, starting no earlier than your Trade registration date. At each eligibility assessment, we total eligible merchandise payments recorded for your account during the preceding 12 months, less any corresponding refunds or reversals. Pre-registration spending does not count.
Qualifying spend is the amount actually paid for eligible merchandise after discounts, excluding GST and delivery. It excludes custom fabrication, CAD or other services, individually negotiated custom quotations, and purchases not eligible for the programme. Active sale-priced eligible merchandise counts at its actual paid value, excluding GST.
Failed, cancelled and unpaid orders do not count. Paid backorders can count where the merchandise is eligible; a subsequent refund or chargeback reverses the associated qualifying amount. Each payment counts once. Payment confirmation, rather than adding an item to a cart or creating an unpaid order, determines when spend is recorded.
4. Upgrades and future eligibility
Trade Plus applies to orders placed after the qualifying payment has been recorded and the account updated. An order that takes you over the threshold keeps its original tier price. We do not retrospectively discount or reprice paid orders.
If eligible spend in the rolling period falls below AUD $2,500 because older spending leaves the period, a refund is processed or a payment is reversed, your account returns to the 10% Trade tier for future orders. Paid orders keep the price already agreed. Any updated cart price must be shown before payment.
5. Returns, refunds and consumer rights
The Returns and refunds policy applies to Trade purchases, including its separate change-of-mind conditions. Refunds use the price actually paid, not the current retail price. A returned item no longer contributes qualifying merchandise spend; we do not treat a retained restocking fee as qualifying merchandise spend.
A Trade account does not waive any Australian Consumer Law rights that apply to the purchase. These membership rules do not authorise deductions from a statutory refund or retrospective price increases.
6. Fair use and programme changes
Keep business details current and use the account for the business it represents. Contact us about duplicate accounts, payment allocation errors or eligibility questions. We may reasonably review suspected misuse and explain any correction or restriction, with an opportunity to respond where practicable.
Material changes to the programme will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and applied prospectively. No change will retrospectively reprice paid orders or remove statutory rights. General Terms and conditions and our Privacy policy also apply.
