Who can register?
Relevant businesses such as builders, glaziers, installers, designers and hardware resellers. Provide your ABN and business/contact details.
Is approval instant?
Yes. Eligible businesses get instant Trade access after successful registration, with no waiting for approval.
What do I receive?
10% off eligible regular-priced products. Trade Plus offers 15% after $2,500 qualifying spend in a rolling 12-month period. See the Trade account terms for eligibility and timing.
When does Trade Plus apply?
To orders placed after the qualifying payment has been recorded. The threshold-crossing order keeps its original tier price; paid orders are not repriced.
Do discounts stack?
No. We use the lower applicable trade or active public sale price, with no additional coupons or promotional deductions.
Is shipping discounted?
No. Postcode-based delivery charges apply separately.
What counts towards spend?
Eligible merchandise paid after Trade registration, after discounts and excluding GST, delivery, refunds, custom fabrication and services. The period is a rolling 12 months. See the full qualifying-spend rules.
Do you offer credit?
Our trade accounts provide access to trade pricing, with payment required when placing a standard online order. We do not offer credit accounts or 30-day payment terms.
Can existing customers join?
Yes. Sign in through your existing account to upgrade without creating a duplicate account or losing your order history.
What if I need a custom-made handle?
Use our Custom Handles enquiry for bespoke design and fabrication. Send dimensions, specifications, drawings or reference photos so we can review feasibility and prepare a CAD drawing for approval.
Are fixings included?
Where specified, timber and glass fixings are included for doors up to 50 mm thick. Thicker-door options depend on the product specification and confirmed compatibility.
Do returns affect my tier?
Yes. Returns and refunds reduce qualifying merchandise spend. If your rolling 12-month spend falls below $2,500, future orders return to the 10% Trade tier. Paid orders are not repriced.
